Picking up your badge
To access the business programme, please collect your badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow or at the Sirius Federal Territory.
Please leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations
Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure.
Take your identity document (passport) with you
You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the RLSW venue.
What do I need to do to get a badge?
In the ‘My events – RLSW – Event dashboard’ section of the Roscongress personal account you should:
Confirm participation in the Russian Labour Safety Week
Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport
Upload a required photo for your badge
Tab ‘Personal information – Photo – Edit data’
Pay the participation fee
Please note:
- Data processing takes from 3 days.
- If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the RLSW, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited. To make changes to any fields that are blocked for editing, please contact the specialist that you spoke with when registering for the event.
- To obtain your badge you must grant consent in your Roscongress personal account to the use of a simple electronic signature (SES).
Where and when do I pick up my badge?
We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow or at the Sirius Federal Territory.

How to find out if my badge is ready?
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:
An email notification
A notification in the Roscongress personal account
A call to the RLSW information centre: +7 (495) 640 7827
A call to a Roscongress Foundation specialist whose contacts are listed in the Roscongress personal account
How to receive the badge?
IN PERSON
Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting:
- Passport (the identity document that is listed in the Roscongress personal account)
Please note:
- When issuing the badge, the accreditation operator checks the data specified in the application to ensure it matches the information in your identity document. If the data does not match, the badge cannot be issued on the day you applied for it.
- Forum participants under 18 must present a printed consent form for the processing of personal data, signed by a legal guardian, when collecting their accreditation badges.
BY PROXY
To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:
- Passport
- Original standard power of attorney
- List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)
- Copies of participants’ passports (will be returned after badges are issued)
Rules for using badge
- Your badge, access card, and transport pass are the property of the Roscongress Foundation. They are (or may be) personalized documents and may not be sold or transferred to third parties by any means.
- Should the Roscongress Foundation learn about the sale or transfer of a badge, access card, or transport pass to a third party, it reserves the right to revoke the participant’s accreditation without reimbursing any expenses.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny accreditation without any reason.
- The badge must be worn in a visible place.
- In the event your badge is lost or damaged, please contact any accreditation desk. After receiving a written request from the holder, the lost badge will be deactivated and a replacement will be issued.
