1. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Week, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

2. RECEIVE AN INVITATION
Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Week and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.

3. CONFIRM YOU ATTENDANCE
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – Russian Labour Safery Week – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
HOW DO I DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Week, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Week.
HOW THE PARTICIPANT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Week for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Week.

4. PAY THE PARTICIPATION FEE
To pay for participation in the Week, participants must sign an agreement or issue an invoice agreement, which acts as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The date of payment shall be considered to be the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.

5. PICKING UP YOUR BADGE
An accreditation badge is required to enter the venue. To collect your badge, you must in the Roscongress personal account:
- Confirm participation in the Week
- Enter your personal information
- Upload a required photo for your badge

MEDIA
If you wish to participate in the Week as a media representative, you must submit a media accreditation application via the ‘Media’ section of the Week’s official website. Applications for media accreditation will open closer to the event dates.
