SME Cooperation
SME Cooperation is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized enterprises. This service connects Russian and international companies with the aim of fostering business collaboration, attracting investment, and exchanging technology.
On a single platform you can:
- Search for clients
- Find suppliers
- Discuss business and asset-related transactions
The service is free of charge and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.

How can I become a user and maximize the service’s opportunities?
Submit an application by completing your company profile card in the Roscongress personal account (in the SME Cooperation tab):
- Enter general information about your company
- Provide details about your products, services, and projects
- List your needs for goods, services, and suppliers, as well as your interest in entering new markets
- One containing information about your company, products, and services
- One outlining your company’s needs for goods, services, and suppliers
The more detailed the description you provide, the higher the probability is of you finding clients, suppliers, and new distribution channels, offering your services, expanding your business, and bolstering your market position.
Review the existing company profiles in the SME Exchange section.
- Navigate to the profile of the company you wish to contact, click the Get Contact Details button, and a request submission form will appear
- Click the Send button within the form
Once your request has been submitted, the company’s designated contact person will receive an email with your inquiry and your contact details to provide a response.
How can foreign users access the MSP.RF platform?
Another way for international entrepreneurs to find business partners both within Russia and abroad is to gain access to the Business Partnership Platform section on the MSP.RF digital platform.
When filling out your company profile card in the SME Cooperation tab in the Roscongress personal account, please confirm your consent to share your company’s data with the Business Partnerships Platform.
This ensures that your company will be automatically displayed on the Business Partnerships Platform.
Navigate to the Business Partnerships Platform section of the MSP.RF digital platform and log in by clicking the Log In button.
- Foreign nationals must log in using the Log In via Roscongress button. You can also gain access by logging into your Roscongress personal account (in the Business Partnerships Platform section).
- Russian citizens can access the platform via the Log In via Gosuslugi button. Detailed information is available on the MSP.RF digital platform.
