At information and services points, participants can receive information on the programme, available services, and directions around the Russian Labour Safety Week venue and other sites.
The following services are also available:
- copying and printing of documents
- record information to electronic media
- charge mobile devices (2nd floor, in front of the press centre)
- carry out a business trip registration (1st floor, entrance area)
- learn about things lost and found at the venue.
Cloakroom
2nd floor, to the left of the escalator at the main entrance.
There is no luggage room on the venue.
Dining
Coffee break areas with free catering services will be organized at the Russian Labour Safety Week, as well as a cafe that will operate on a paid basis.

Linguistic support
The business programme sessions on 7–9 October will provide simultaneous interpreting from Russian to English: in the Winter conference hall on 7 October and in the Plenary session hall on 8–9 October.

In addition, during RLSW, ambulance crews will be on duty at the parking area for emergency vehicles at checkpoints 1 and 3.
